Slow Cooked Shredded Lamb Burgers
Hi readers, it’s Catherine popping over from Farmhouse Home.
Lamb is really cheap at the moment in Australia with a shoulder of lamb costing me only $15 at the supermarket. With this in mind I thought there was no better time to reinvent the mini beef burger by replacing the beef with some slow cooked shredded lamb for your Spring entertaining.
The Whirlwind of Life
I’m taking a little holiday with my family. Affordable Art
Decorating your walls with beautiful images and paintings can get quite expensive, but it if you look around, you can find some stunning art at amazing prices. Etsy, always a favourite of mine is a great place to start. Today I’ve found two beautiful, unique works of art that I thought you might like.
Longer days & summer palettes
Daylight savings is here and we had beautiful weather yesterday, so I’ve got summer on the mind! I’m dreaming of long balmy evenings entertaining outdoors, the smell of the neighbour’s barbeques wafting through the air and the laughter of kids playing outside and splashing in the pool until bedtime. It’s hard to not be happy in the summertime.
