It took me a while to get here but finally I’m posting the last instalment of all of the directions of the feng shui bagua! If you’d like the links to previous posts, part 1-4  you can find them at the end of this post. If you are new to this, please note that for this post to make sense and to be able to implement the enhancements, it is very important to be familiar with your home’s bagua, so please read this first.

Heart & Centre

Colours: yellows and earth tones

Element enhancements: earth and fire (avoid metal and wood)

Body part: all body parts

Numerology: 9

This area is the ying-yang point and artery to the home. In retrospect I should have really started here as it’s this area that a happy household depends on and where the other areas receive their energy from. The most important aspect for this area is for it to be light and airy and of course, free from clutter. Some helpful enhancements would be:

  • Pictures of the dessert
  • Sunflowers
  • Funny things
  • Happy photos

Creativity & Children

Colours: whites and pastels

Element enhancements: metal and earth (avoid water and fire)

Body part: mouth

Numerology: 3

This area is to support creative endeavours and your children. Some helpful enhancements would be:

  • Playful artwork
  • Metal objects
  • Art supplies
  • Toys
  • Lamps for bright ideas
  • Put blossoming flowers here to bring a project to fruition
  • And for those wanting babies… well a bed here would be good!

So there we have it! If you’ve found all of your baguas,  removed any negative influences and added an enhancement or two, you should be on the way to experiencing a harmonious home and life. I’d love to hear how you go!
