Irish linen has a long history and is renown for its quality and durability. It’s also something that most of us grew up with. Our parents and grandparents would always swear by that Irish linen tea towel that dries the dishes so well, quite often they would own only a couple of these tea towels and it would always be pulled out when the extended family came around for a Sunday roast. Fast-forward many (!) years into the 21st century and linen is being loved and appreciated around the world all over again, and it really has come of age.
31 Chapel Lane are merchants for the finest Irish linen and tweed, the lovely owners, Joi and Damien have such a passion for the process of making linen, that you can’t help but be assured that they offer quality and honest craftsmanship from the field to the end product. Those kind of details really matter these days thankfully.
I just love their images too; modern, yet traditional and epitomising the joy of the simple things that most of us are embracing once again, Sunday lunches, friends and moments.
You should pop over to their online store and check out the full range of tempting linens and tweed, all available to ship worldwide.
