It’s been just over a week in our new home and I have to say that with all of the stress and work involved in the past couple of months, it feels worth it. We’re now in a renovated villa in Ponsonby with the front part of the house keeping it’s old world charm with polished floorboards and high ceilings and the back part a little more modern with lovely views over Herne Bay with the Waitakere Ranges in the distance.

Today I’m  back with my new regular feature, My Space and I’m so pleased to have Hege, from the gorgeous blog, Hege in France  sharing a little piece of her world with us . I love how their inspiration was of merging products that are used in Norway, yet would also be relevant in Japanese living. That alone is quite an achievement considering how worlds apart their cultures seem.

One of the good things about moving three times in two years is that each time has been an opportunity for me to turf things. I’ve been spending the last couple of weekends sorting through all of those places that tend to accumulate stuff. You know where I’m talking about, I’m sure you’ve got some yourself; the laundry, the attic, the garage, the wardrobe and in my case, the desk that closes and is full of paperwork!
