Hi everyone, how was your weekend? Yesterday was Fathers Day for us so after treating “Papa” to breakfast in bed, we made ourselves a picnic and headed out for the day on the west coast of Auckland to celebrate not only Fathers Day, but the first day of spring!

“strawberry fields forever” 2007
Admiring artwork on a wall is as soothing to my soul as a beautiful view. I purchased my first piece of original art with my very first pay cheque and that little abstract painting still gives me great pleasure today.
