Have you ever wondered how to serve a cheese platter? I mean, the way the French do? Okay, so my readers in France are probably rolling their eyes right now, but for a lot of us, it’s not so obvious – hey, we’re even known to serve cheese before a meal – gasp!

The Vitrine

One of my favourite stores in Auckland is The Vitrine, and if you’ve read my about me page, you’ll understand why I think the owners, Amanda and Julien have one of the coolest jobs in the world; travelling back to France and going to the best flea markets in Europe, to fill their warehouse store in Grey Lynn.
