Styled Canvas Rebrand Story Featured on Decor8 2

It’s always a good day when you’re featured on Decor8 wouldn’t you say? Earlier this week, Holly Becker wrote about my rebrand story for her Blog Trends series and, well that just almost tops the cake for me!

Rebranding this blog was both an exciting and a very daunting decision for me. One thing that I realised pretty quickly during this experience was that I wasn’t alone. It seems that there are a lot of bloggers and businesses out there that would really love to do a complete rebrand. Holly knows too well about this from many of her Blogging Your Way students. She writes that many of them say that if they could do it all over again, they would have never chosen their current blog name.

If you haven’t already, I’d love for you to pop over to the gorgeous Decor8 blog to have a read. Holly has included some really great advice in the article.

Have a great day everyone and thank you once again for all of your support. It was you that gave me strength to do it!

I found you through Holly’s post and so glad I did! Loved reading about your rebrand – and your site is amazing. I’ll be adding you to my regular reading list. I’m also undertaking a rebrand now, so it was great to hear your story and your success. It really does feel liberating to have a site that truly reflects you. Best.

I have loved reading the post on decor8, Mel! You did a great job with putting all your doubts out there, asking people about what they wanted to see, taking into consideration your readers’ thoughts. Bravo for being so straight-forward with your entire rebranding process and this site looks gorgeous! xoxo
