I had one of those moments the other day. I saw an image shared on Facebook by I am the Lab, which took my breath away. The image was of the Botanic Storage by Kristina Dam Studio, a unit designed to place your plants inside or on top, store your magazines, shoes or accessories. The idea and design couldn’t be more perfect for the forever-trending indoor plants.
After seeing this, I popped over to the website of this talented Danish designer and fell absolutely and utterly in love with pretty much everything there! To make the product even more appealing than they already are, the styling is spot on. Kristina used a cool colour palette which gives an overall breezy and yet structured feel. As you can see from the photos here, every image is absolute eye candy.

The design of many of Kristina’s products are not only aesthetically beautiful, there is usually some form of practical function to it. The Magazine Keeper is perfect example. The classic form is stylish with its oak frame and brass feet, but goes a step further with a stunning marble top which acts as a mini side table, perfect to place your coffee on.
